Ryan’s cocktail creation, Bitter Dreams, has Sweet Pea Garden Amaro, an Alberta-based brand, play a leading role in the herbaceous concoction. Composed of lemongrass infused gin, sweet pea garden amaro, jasmine, cointreau, strega, lemon, and ginger, the drink brings a balanced depth to the harvest flavours contained within.
